Using a 2D laser scanner, AGILOX robots detect the spatial layout and autonomously create the required navigation map. The only input needed from the responsible engineer is the final “touch-ups” in just a few steps.

The AMRs move omnidirectionally, allowing not only forward movement along an aisle, but also lateral movement along it. Their rotational capability provides flexibility in choosing the correct direction to follow.

The robots communicate with each other, exchange position and status information, and autonomously make decisions regarding task allocation — without necessarily requiring a central computer.

To create command execution zones or move loading and unloading stations on the AMR map, a simple drag & drop or right-click with the mouse is enough. Management requires just a few clicks, and once the map is completed, the AMRs operate fully autonomously. With quick actions via the HMI environment, warehouse locations can be added, removed, or relocated.

The AGILOX solution also includes an industrial IO control system that can be used as an interface with the facility’s automation environment. This system enables and ensures the necessary data exchange between input devices and the AGILOX vehicle network.
